MISTS-WINDS

MISTS-WINDS is a new interdisciplinary collaboration with acclaimed body artist Michel El Ghoul and photographer/videographer Hope Curran. Featuring performances of three preludes by Claude Debussy (Brouillards, Des pas sur la neige, and Ce qu'a vu le vent d'ouest) in the Grand Salon of the Fondation des États-Unis (Paris, France), this project imagines the transformation of the performing human body into an extension of the piano itself -- a mysterious creature conjured by the chaotic majesty of the natural world and its processes.
